"All too often, family members in business together believe it's their mission to avoid conflict. In the course of family business, conflict and change are not simply inevitable they are essential. For some, it's a matter of differing perspectives, for others the root differences may be more complex.

Our role is to help family members manage the conflict and anticipate change and its consequences so that families can experience the joy of sharing business success with the people they love."
